Winchester City Dog Training Club was registered with the Kennel Club in 1969. The club currently focuses on competitive canine activities.

Hampshire Rally
Each year, we compete in the Hampshire Rally (obedience) and have a very good record. In 2018 Winchester A team was the winner of the Junior and Senior Trophy which the B Team was runner-up in in both Junior and Senior. This meant the A Team were winners overall and the B team were overall runners-up. We were overall winners in 2017 having been runners up in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2019 – out of all the locally based obedience clubs.
2020 and 2021 were cancelled due to the pandemic.
